Lyon La belle

 

Wow it's been a while since the last time i wrote on my blog :)

well you know how it is.. "semester" :)

i was so happy to have that between-two-courses to be able to go back to this amazing city :)

i wont compare Stockholm and Lyon cause in my heart Lyon would definitively win :)

I finally had the occasion to meet Nelly that i didnt meet since like a year !!! my lord !! never again !! i was so glad to share some moments with her again..

you know dear reader, this city always had a bad reputation.. a cold city ..

Napoleon wanted to destroy it because of the attachment the city shown for the king ..

Lyon is one of the oldest city in europe ( amazing isnt it) and was the center of the world in 1555 ( yah amazing too) :)

when i knew that i was going to live in Lyon i was so sad.. well u know Lyon is said to be cold ( there is something we call the "Lyon's Wall" which means that the people living over there are as friendly as the swedes LOL)

but after some years, i finally dealt with it and well i saw other french cities like Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Paris.. and Lyon is without any contest the most beautiful of all these cities :) i mean there is so much to see in that city.. the painted walls like this one

or the 18th century architectura 

you can also see a lot of really old churches!!

Lyon is also known for its fashion and textile industries..

it is just bad that the city is kinda unknown ( despite the fact that they do have a really good aiport and that for exemple you can go to NYC or Stockholm from lyon in direct flight !!)

well i could speak about that city for so long .. that would turn really boring ( blahh interesting u unculturated)

i was extremely happy to be able to get there for a week .. eating nice bread :)

eating a wonderful couscous that Sandra and Nelly made for me ( awwwwww) !!

i mean i like living in sweden but they miss so many things outta here (ahaha) and i'm not just speaking about  gastronomy but also about achitectura :)

U can say u visited France if u didnt stop in Lyon ( after all it's also the second biggest city of France :)

i often hear people saying "ohh i love France" and then u do ask " ohh where have u been"  and they always answer " paris, normandie or nice/ cannes" .. WHat the hell ..

that's like going to UK and saying that i loved england by visiting london and liverpool or that i loved the US by visiting Nyc and Miami ( without stoping in nola or San francisco??)

A friend of sthlmboi, Anna, studied in Lyon last year in my university (Lyon3) and she just loved it !! actually everyone who comes like it , the problem is just that most of the people just go through the city and dont really stop in it ..

I do hope u enjoyed the little visit through the pics nd that maybe u will think about visiting this City :)

 

 

 

the Tektonik style

I know a lot of my readers arent french :) a lot .. ok i empathize :)

same player, play again ..

i know someof my readers arent french ( and worst , they  'rent even ashamed of it) ..whatever...

since some years like two or somthing ok maybe three. a lot of young people ( and unfortunately it seems i was already too old for that) started to dance what is called tektonik..

tektonik is like a mixture of several dances which gives a rl unique dance..

boys ( mostly) but girls ( yah some) too started to dance it on school's courts, just outside of schools, the oldest in clubs ..They 're easy to recognize .. 

 

well, they keep the make up only for big occasions ( thank god)..

and girls look like this :

with more or less make up but usually more flashy colors..

i know in europe we do have several tribes of youngs like the japanese styled emos ,  the gothics, the " fashion" people, the hippies and a lot of others.. even tho it's much less divided that it seems to be..

yet the tektonik guys became really popular in France and the french speaking neighboors..

i mean even tho i think it shows ( obviously) an evident lack of taste .. the dance style is kinda amazing ( and really sporty) and even it looks kinda gayish too ( wellllll i'm not gonna say i think all that guys are gays buuuuuuut it's kinda related to metrosexual people lol)

it's really amazing to see them dancing :à ( and actually it's always better than to see them taking drugs :)

A part of France in the americs

 

400 Years ago  The French betrayed the quebecois and the quebec became a free country ( ahah) at least free from the french ..

yet, they kept being french.

Nowadays we can say that the Canada is bilingual thanks to that little province :)

even tho they speak a different french and that well .. when they're speaking i dont get them ..

and that i also personally think their accent is just horrible ( yah i'm creep) blahh i like them.. that's extra funny to speak with quebec people or french canadian speaking 'cause they use so many old middled aged words.. they call a girlfriend a blond, they say " tabernacle" lol well it's just extra fun ( and we do wonder sometimes what they do speak about lol) 

this state is just full of hot sexy guys :)

well there is francophone ( french speakers) in other states like in new brusnwick( not sure but just beside quebec) and new scotland :) the acadians :)

one of my favorite french singer is so not french :) he is from new brunswick ..Roch Voisine :)

my god even tho he is married and with a child :) i'm still secretly thinkin he is gay :)

so i just wanted to grats my quebec fellows even tho i hate you guys :) and that i really prefer new scotland people :)( 40% of the population is french speaking outta there :) 

 i'm really glad u guys still speak a kind of french, and that u bring to us a lot of new artists like anthony kavanagh, linda lemay, celiiiinne :) et mon chéri roch voisine :)

( and so many others but i'm not listing people huh)

JUST to show u the difference of the accent :) watch the video .. ( u can notice the strong english/american accent on english words) the one holding the camera is french the one we watch is from quebec :) this video is just extra good :)

 

 

PS: i just think it's weird to hear sometimes american people saying they speak french when i cant understand them because they speak french with a strong quebecois accent ( add to that the american accent and it's just all mess up)

 

 

learning the french alphabet

Because i also think about the non french speakers ( a shame for them)

i decided to post a lil video clip about the french alphabet :) yah u can sing it :)

well of course i prefer the old version sang by Chantal Goya ( who knew i wld speak about Chantal over here ..) but then it's the best way to learn the french alphabet :) well anyway i learnt it like that :)

the beginning of surrogate mothers in France??

 

A group of the Senat started to notice that the case of "surrogate mothers" was problematic..

I do think it's a real good thing that nowadays in France, couples who arent able to have their own children could have the possibility to get one.. according to the bioethical laws of 1994 and 2004, laws that will be reviewed next year, this is forbidden.. Of course rich families go abroad, in the US mostly to find women able to help them. Several things are problematic with the surrogate mother..

First, the use of the woman body, without rules it could lead to a kind of capitalization of the human body which is unthinkable.. basically i think women have the right anyway to do whatever they want..or almost..

so a legalization of the surrogate mothers would have to have specific rules and of course be divided of the bioethical laws..

the child is always the center of attention in the case law process, and this is a real good thing( who could deny it). Anyway, they do now speak about the possibility to have surrogate moms in France, Great thing i would say !

Yet, there is again a little problem.. and i may be personally concerned.

Let's consider that 10 per cent of the french population is homosexual. it would be around 6,5 millions of homos.. so almost the same amount of population than the province of Quebec, more than the population of Norway .. and this is just examples...

France isnt Sweden, the other day i critized Sweden, and i proved what i advanced with arguments :) yet, i alco can critize France.

France is my Homeland and i am proud of it ( OF COURSEEE) however i know when my country is wrong..

the gays are really accepted in France, i dont know any of my friends who had rl problems with his family or even in the public place :) i myself kissed guys in paris, lyon,  nd even aix without even getting a bad regard :) people are for most of them really gay friendly in France.

Yet, the goverment is not AT all :) Well gays cant marry in France :) oh of course we do have a kind of under civil union contract.. available for straight people anyway..

Gays in France cant adopt , but a single person can adopt !!! yes a lot of people, politicsm say that having both parents of the same sexe will cause psycho issues to the child ..

that is the nation of Equality between Citizens ..

the homos are not considered as citizens, its just a shame, im not asking for a gay religious mariage, the pope would die of an heart attack if we did ask for such a thing.. but a civil right should be a possibiliy whatever is written in the constitution.

If we come back to surrogate mothers, the idea of the french senat is to allow it for "straight" people. i am not speaking about lesbians because lesbians can get children much more easily than gays even tho afterward they will have problem for the legal adoption of the second mom. Gays for most of them cant get children in that easy ways..and thats for biological reasons. 

i like to think about adoption but this is not really what i want, i would love a child with my genes, my blood a part of me in another person. I think its understandable.

 I am not at all surprised that in France that kinda retrogressie country this would not be allowed for gays.. we are  a danger for children no?? we are allll pedophiles... BULLSHIT !

Dont u think we know more about the desire to love a child than anyone? dont u think we dont know that for us there is only a slight chance to get one someday?? dont u think we are sad about it?

not all gays want children, we are like straights! however the straight for most of them always have the possibility to change their mind.. and this we do not have it.

I want to have children when i will be able to raise it or them and thats not that fucked conservative french political people who will stop me to get one.

I just ask to be treated like anyone else citizen, is it hard to believe? is it hard to accept this?

I WOULD Like to be able to adopt if i want to ( following the normal rules for adoption) I WOULD like to be able to marry like any other french citizen, i WOULD like to be able to help a generous woman to give me a baby.. in a legal way..

so of course if even only the straight people can have acces to surrogate moms i will be happy for them but i hope all that straight people would think about all the gays, we could be your son, your nephew, your grandchild, our cousin ..

Damn 

 I am not asking for special rights, i am not saying im different ( i even hate the gay pride to tell u the truth lol) i m saying the contrary !! I am an human being, i have a heart, i have feelings, i just love a person of the same sexe, is it a fault??

on se dit souvent Edith Piaf , la grande dame de la chanson française !! une voix un charisme et une carriere..

mais aussi une fin tragique..

Edith Piaf, qui ne connait pas ses chansons?

mais un film sur Edith Piaf, un coup marketing?

et bien meme si c'en est un, ce film tient plus du chef d'oeuvre que de la publicité pour doper les ventes d'album !

cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas vu un film aussi bien fait et aussi beau !

je ne voulais pas le voir a la base.. j'avais lu quelques critiques.. et bé vous savez quoi : les critiques parfois se trompent !! et de beaucoup !!

le film n'est pas du tout sombre !!

marion cotillard est d'un realisme et elle creve l'ecran !! sa voix, ses mimiques et le realisme avec lequel elle joue.. je l'avais adoré dans jardins d'enfants, la elle m'a bluffé completement !

 

a la fin du film toute la salle etait sous le choc et sous la pression .. il y a eu au moins 30scds de silence ..

les decors sont extras et le systeme de flashback meme s'il est un peu compliqué au depart est des plus interessant et rend le film tres fluide !!

les chansons sont bien entendus extra et le film est vraiment divin .. j'en suis resté bouche bé et stockholm boi aussi :)

donc merci la chieuse de m'avoir dit d'aller le voir :)

j'irai le revoir avec envie des que je pourrai :)

mais n'hesitez plus !!
