the beginning of surrogate mothers in France??

 

A group of the Senat started to notice that the case of "surrogate mothers" was problematic..

I do think it's a real good thing that nowadays in France, couples who arent able to have their own children could have the possibility to get one.. according to the bioethical laws of 1994 and 2004, laws that will be reviewed next year, this is forbidden.. Of course rich families go abroad, in the US mostly to find women able to help them. Several things are problematic with the surrogate mother..

First, the use of the woman body, without rules it could lead to a kind of capitalization of the human body which is unthinkable.. basically i think women have the right anyway to do whatever they want..or almost..

so a legalization of the surrogate mothers would have to have specific rules and of course be divided of the bioethical laws..

the child is always the center of attention in the case law process, and this is a real good thing( who could deny it). Anyway, they do now speak about the possibility to have surrogate moms in France, Great thing i would say !

Yet, there is again a little problem.. and i may be personally concerned.

Let's consider that 10 per cent of the french population is homosexual. it would be around 6,5 millions of homos.. so almost the same amount of population than the province of Quebec, more than the population of Norway .. and this is just examples...

France isnt Sweden, the other day i critized Sweden, and i proved what i advanced with arguments :) yet, i alco can critize France.

France is my Homeland and i am proud of it ( OF COURSEEE) however i know when my country is wrong..

the gays are really accepted in France, i dont know any of my friends who had rl problems with his family or even in the public place :) i myself kissed guys in paris, lyon,  nd even aix without even getting a bad regard :) people are for most of them really gay friendly in France.

Yet, the goverment is not AT all :) Well gays cant marry in France :) oh of course we do have a kind of under civil union contract.. available for straight people anyway..

Gays in France cant adopt , but a single person can adopt !!! yes a lot of people, politicsm say that having both parents of the same sexe will cause psycho issues to the child ..

that is the nation of Equality between Citizens ..

the homos are not considered as citizens, its just a shame, im not asking for a gay religious mariage, the pope would die of an heart attack if we did ask for such a thing.. but a civil right should be a possibiliy whatever is written in the constitution.

If we come back to surrogate mothers, the idea of the french senat is to allow it for "straight" people. i am not speaking about lesbians because lesbians can get children much more easily than gays even tho afterward they will have problem for the legal adoption of the second mom. Gays for most of them cant get children in that easy ways..and thats for biological reasons. 

i like to think about adoption but this is not really what i want, i would love a child with my genes, my blood a part of me in another person. I think its understandable.

 I am not at all surprised that in France that kinda retrogressie country this would not be allowed for gays.. we are  a danger for children no?? we are allll pedophiles... BULLSHIT !

Dont u think we know more about the desire to love a child than anyone? dont u think we dont know that for us there is only a slight chance to get one someday?? dont u think we are sad about it?

not all gays want children, we are like straights! however the straight for most of them always have the possibility to change their mind.. and this we do not have it.

I want to have children when i will be able to raise it or them and thats not that fucked conservative french political people who will stop me to get one.

I just ask to be treated like anyone else citizen, is it hard to believe? is it hard to accept this?

I WOULD Like to be able to adopt if i want to ( following the normal rules for adoption) I WOULD like to be able to marry like any other french citizen, i WOULD like to be able to help a generous woman to give me a baby.. in a legal way..

so of course if even only the straight people can have acces to surrogate moms i will be happy for them but i hope all that straight people would think about all the gays, we could be your son, your nephew, your grandchild, our cousin ..

Damn 

 I am not asking for special rights, i am not saying im different ( i even hate the gay pride to tell u the truth lol) i m saying the contrary !! I am an human being, i have a heart, i have feelings, i just love a person of the same sexe, is it a fault??

 

 

Why am i so tired?

Je ne fais pas parti de ces personnes qui peuvent s'endormir ou elles veulent et qui peuvent dormir alors qu'un orchestre symphonique joue du wagner a coté d'eux ..

Ceci étant dit, je n'ai pas un soleil leger..

Vous vous demandez chers lecteurs pourquoi que je vosu raconte ma life a deux francs 50 ... j'y arrive j'y arrive ..

Donc pour que je puisse dormir il me faut essentiellement quelques petites choses :

tout d'abord The coussin en plume d'oie :) et pas la peine de m'arnaquer je differencie les plumes d'oies des plumes de canard moi madame !vouivoui lol

 

enfin donc ça c'est le coussin additionnel il m'en faut un autre pour la tête ( bien entendu) .. mon trip durant la nuit c'est d'exploser les plumes vouai.. yen a qui compte les moutons moi je me dechiquette les doigts a exploser les plumes .. SOIIITT

 

La deuxieme chose essentielle a ma survie durant mes 10 heures de sommeil quotidiennes..c'est de l'air frais !!

et oui moi je dors les pieds hors des draps ( souvent hors du lit d'ailleurs aussi) et mes draps ne doivent recouvrir qu'essentiellement ( dis donc je l'aime ce mot today) mon ventre :) ouais c'est technique je sais .. ceci est problematique lorsqu'on dort avec quelqu'un de frileux .. moi je suis le type chaudiere au lit .. je me meurs de chaud et si j'ai chaud je dors pas .. logique.. du coup hiver comme été moi c'est fenetre ouverte voui voui meme a -8 ( mais la je recouvre mon corps quand meme lol) mais la tete et les pieds doivent rester frais lol

Nous en arrivons au point crucial de cet article a deux centimes d'euros ( l'inflation mes amis) je dors toujours la tete tournée vers la fenetre c'est a dire j'esplique !! heu ok je suis nul en geo dans l'espace .. donc globalement lorsque tu tournes ta tete vers la droite tu dois pouvoir voir la fenetre :)

Le probleme de today se situe justement a la vue de cette putain d'enculotte de fenêtre ..

Vous connaissez tous les volets ,meme si la majorité d'entre vous ont des volets de merde qui se coulissent pff pas beau et merdique .. et bien moi j'aimais mes volets en papillon vouiiiii :)   qui ne laissent passer que des filets de lumieres :) qu'on peut soit a demi fermer soit laisser un peu ouvert.. ya rien de tel que de se lever le matin et de voir cette lumiere tamisée grace a ces volets mega speciaux que vous bande de paysans  vous n'avez plus ( ouais j'ai la mort today) .. 

Donc ( decidement), ici en suede les volets ils connaissent pas .. of course ils ont des machins metalliques dans le dedans qui se baissent genre des rideaux de fer ( ahahaha) mais la maison typique ou l'apart typique n'a pas de volet :) meme pas les trucs merdiques que vous avez qui se descendent..

 

 

 voila example de maison typique suedoise, en bois ( bah ouais) rouge ( mais ya du jaune aussi hein) et sans volets .. mais faut pas se leurrer c'est en bois mais c'est comfortable :) voui voui :) 

Enfin donc ! ici je n'ai pas non plus de volets .. ce qui m'a conduit a acheter des rideaux noirs ( erghh je hais le noir c'est dire) la nuit avec le vent frais/froid on se croirait dans l'antre de Dracula ( notons la ref qui fera rire certaines personnes qui connaissent mon passé sexuel douteux) ..

De ce fait j'ai pris deux photos l'une a 1h35 du matin et l'aut a 1h35 de l'aprem :) hein  faut faire simple lol

admirez !!  donc a gauche :  1h35 du matin  et a droite a 1h35 de l'aprem ..

en gros vous vouez le probleme ..

 

le soleil commence ( emphasize it ) a se coucher a 22h10.. enfin " se coucher" est donc une notion tres floue .. qui obscurcit plus ma phrase que la nuit elle-meme..

et le soleil se leve a  3h30 ... 

Du coup je me languis d'avoir une longue nuit noire .. mais pas comme en hiver hein quand le soleil se couche a 15h et qu'il se leve a 10h ... c'est trop chaud aussi lol

yah my dear reader :) that's one of the most fabulous things on earth :) i know they do also eat that in reunion island ( isnt it Pingouine?? ahah i'm sure ur eyes just rolled on) :) its a lot of marinaded vegetables, with ginger,  trocas, and actually a lot of things :)

well its adapted in every countries :)  you can eat it with some see molluscs yummy :) 

i personally like to eat achards on my raw salmon :)

 

well of course i'm not gonna speak about all the food you could find ova there .. too hard too long and well i dont like to eats bats .. ( called the flying foxes) eww .. bad memories :)

so let's speak about candiiiies :)

well i dont have any pictures yet but soon :) my mom is sending me( yes yes she is) a package with some inside yummmmmyyyy well it's like an acidified dried plum .. but then it's done with a lot of different fruits :) and oddly each time i gave some to my european friends they have been spiting it .. ( barbarian !) 

there is also something from australia ( welllll) that i love  and i dont have any picture but it wld not be useful anyway .. its like a chocolat bottle.. but a special chocolat !! a magic one !!!!

so this chocolat becomes all hard in contact with the ice :)  and it tastes sooo goood :) i wish we had that in France or here ( i didnt find it yet)..

another thing is called Milo :) from nestlé :)

ahah my caledonian friends are surely dreaming about it too :) this chocolat is basically made for the morning milk-chocolate ... Yet, it doesnt dilute .. and it surely contains more sugar than chocolate anyway LOL

so most of us eat that with the spoon :) and as we say it's good for ur energy :)

yahh right :)  

we do even have our national beer :)

the NUMBER ONE !!! 

this beer is a  blond beer and well we just love it :)

( even tho we dont have so much choice between the fosters, 13 or heineken ..) lol

Comme beaucoup d'entre vous, j'aime la mayonnaise, et meme si j'aime la mayo lessieurs.. les rumeurs de sa fabrication commencent a m'inquieter ..

bien que je vous rassure la mayo lessieurs n'existent pas a ma connaissance en suede, ou du moins j'ai pas encore trouvé :)

et pis rien ne remplace la mayo kraft

il y a quelques mois , un grand scandale eclatat en suede, a propos d'ICA, le  genre d'auchan" suedois ,qui vendait des trucs perimés genre crevette et viande en changeant les etiquettes .. et pas seulement :)

donc mega scandale ..

et depuis un mois, vous avez pu lire dans le canard enchainé que certains fabricants s'autorisent l'utilisation d'huile frelaté ou d'huile de moteur dans des produits alimentaires...

vous pouvez voir l'article ici ... c'est simplement SCANDALEUX.. 

ma mere m'a toujours fait mangé ( et bien malgré moi) des produits qui venait de la natuuuuureee .. trés a cheval sur la bouffe bio ..

mais j'avoue que tout cela m'inquiete .. et je vous parle meme pas des OGM..

je ne suis en rien un altermondialiste ( ça se saurait) mais il se trouve que je m'inquiete pour l'avenir de la planeté et mon avenir tout court et bouffer de l'huile de moteur ne fait pas partie des choses que je veux faire ..

How to survive

Afghanistan .. what a far far away country ..

and yet several times during the year, my beloved sthlmboi has to go other there for his job ..

Dating a military boi is not an easy thing ..

of course there is several good things like his muscled body ( yummmmmyyyyy i have picture but no u wont see it, u pervert !) but also his military uniform :)

i feel like a poor french woman after the 2nd world war when all the nice, sexy and brighten smilling american soldier came into the cities..

so i have my own soldier at home :)

it's been like 2.5yrs that we know each other and i still love him more than ever :) isnt it romantic?

the main point is that i hate when he has to leave for several weeks ( anywhere but more precisely in afghanistan)

yah people are getting killed over there ...of course he always brings back some gifts ( yahhh the afghan scarves , did i ever tell u i had a kind of addiction for scarves?)

i still hated the military people, even tho my dad is one of them andthat my bro did st cyr ( like westpoint)..to me a military boi is just good to be watched while excercising ( yummmyy) but ok maybe some of them do good things like preserving the peace in the balkans and a lot of other parts of the world .. i just cant stop thinkin that a lot of others do horrible things like what happened in asia or irak or africa ( sumewhere over there lol)..

However i didnt want to speak about Peace in the world, i'm not Miss America :)

i do wonder if it's healthy for a relationship  to be divided several weeks every two months..

maybe it makes it stronger.. i mean i always believed in ldr ( long distance relationships) and i had several ones ..and well i have to admit i could not live with someone 24/7.. i' m too annoying for that :)

yet i also have to admit that sometimes when the beloved is far away it seems that this person is more present than when they really are with you..( but that's because i'm asking a looooot of love and so when the person is away i ask for less lol)

or maybe that's just me having psycho issue ( which is possible) nahh but i know he could die over there.. and of course once he is there, i keep thinkin about that and worrying about my life without him ( nu i just hope he wont check my blog )

 so my sthlmboi left yesterday morning and i felt sick like three days before ( like this u can freely enjoy ur last moment together) and he will come back in three weeks( so fucking long) well of course nu i have some friends in sthlm and i have his wonderful friends in vasteras like linda <== my fav one :) yet it does not compensate .. that's really amazing to notice that without him you can't really sleep in your bed, you dont wanna cook good dinners, all the little habits that u have related to him are just shaked and u have to deal with it..

the only thing i hope is his comeback safe ( and with some turquoise scarves lol) and well i'm also happy to know that he is helping to make a better world ( miss america power). 

 

ps: do u know that the swe government wants to be able to read all emails, check all phone calls of all the swe military people?? this is so scary !!and what about the privacy ..

Grace au Blog de Gaby un étudiant, stagiaire, erasmus,  a goteborg, j'ai pu decouvrir comment regarder enfin quelques chaines françaises, certes rien de trés classieux mais tout de meme de quoi bien s'amuser :)

ensuite hop vous pourrez enregistrer des programmes :) VOUIIIII !!!

je n'expliquerai pas ici pourquoi je suis dans la majorité des cas contre le sous-titrage abusif que l'on trouve ici, en suede, a la tv, dans nos programmes favoris ( ??).. parceque ça serait bien trop long et que c'est pas le sujet .. quoique ..

en resumé les gens, et yen a beaucoup qui disent sans arret, "ohh mais c'est tellement mieux en version originale, plus drole blablabla"

je vous conchies :) vous dites que de la merde :) tout d'abord, c'est plus drole si vous parlez la langue, regarder une serie japonaise sous titré et vous comprendrez que NON ce n'est pas plus drole en sous titré.. et que OUI l'humour n'a pas passé la barriere de la langue !

ça vous en bouche un coin.. je sais !

le deuxieme argument que l'on entend souvent c'est la pédagogie !! l'apprentissage d'une autre langue .. c'est sur que fixé tes yeux sur le sous titrage tout en ecoutant des trucs que tu piges pas ça aide vachement.. je ne dis pas que si tu regardes un film amerlokien en anglais avec le sous titrage anglais tu n'"improveras" pas hein , ça serait mentir :) mais faut deja avoir un bon niveau en english pour pouvoir dir que ya du benefice ..

mais je ferai une note a propos des mefaits du sous-titrages :) rassurez-vous :)

donc Wizzgo, c'est fabuleux ça vous permet d'enregistrer vos programmes ( une fois qu'on a compris comment cliquer), c'est tres facil d'utilisation ( clique sur le bouton rouge cliquuuuuess)  et ensutie hop ça se telecharge et vous pouvez le regarder :)

cela s'avere tres utile lors qu'on en a marre de se taper tous les programmes britanniques/ amerlokiens/etrangers a la tv  et que vos bons vieux telefilms teutons du dimanche vous manquent :)

 

Le Mythe Suedois/ the swedish myth

Hello i'm sorry but this article will not be in english for some reasons .. as sthlmboi said, it's a french blog and who else than a swedish can remind me to never, oups sorry, NO NO NEVER, write in english if you're french .. that's a rule !! but then , this is mostly a bunch of stats about sweden and european countries.. to break that swedish fake myth :) well you can still try to translatagooogle it :) i'm sure it's possible :)

Suite a un article de la divine blonde heu Lyly , lisible ici, qui reflete bien la pensée majoritaire en France d'un naif sentiment de beatitude envers ce pays qu'est la suede, je me suis retrouvé face a une décision..

me mettre a dos mon copain en vous parlant de ce que j'ai pu voir, analyser de son pays ( ainsi que 8 millions 999 compatriotes ahaha) c'est une chose dangereuse a faire.. car ne nous leurrons pas, lorsqu'on dit d'un français qu'il est chauviniste.. la definition de cette notion ne prend son sens que lorsqu'on rencontre des suedois chauvinistes.. en fait des suedois tout court ( ils le sont quasi tous, chauvinistes, pas suedois lol).

 J'avais commencer par poster deux articles sur des sujets spécifiques a la suede, dont un etait sur les etudes:) mais la je vais faire un article en reponse a ma chére Lyly :) 

Tout d'abord, des artistes suedois.. tu en connais deja plein :) the cardigans , neneh cherry, eagle-eye cherry, bon bien sur abba, mais aussi kent, roxette, puis yavait aussi ace of base...

et ce n'est pas une liste exhaustive..

mais de nos jours et dans les charts tu trouveras de grande diva du genre la super star suedoise Carola

ou encore le petit Danny de popstar 2006 je crois :)

ça c'etait pour la culture musicale :) bien sur, c'est ce qui se rapproche le plus de mes gouts, aprés comme en france, yen a pour tout le monde :)  oui ya meme du rap ...

alors parlons peu mais parlons bien :)

L'idh,  la suede se place en 6eme position relativement loin derriere l'islande, le canada, ou meme l'irlande :) et a peu de chose pres devant la France.. la suede n'est donc pas un eldorado :)

10.10% des suedois sont obeses contre 11.30% en France... les taux sont ici ,donc oui vous verrez autant de personnes bien en chair ici qu'en France, par contre ils ont l'air bcp bcp plus gros ici ( je n'ai jamais vu de vrais "obese" en france et je vivais dans une grande ville :) petite précision: il faut dire qu'en France les gens te juge beaucoup plus qu'ici, non je dis des conneries lol  ils te jugent autant ici mais le montrent moins ( mais faut les entendre dire que victoria beckham est trop grosse.. ça coupe le soufle) mais les gros et grosses se camouflent plus en France qu'en Suéde.. 

la consommation de drogue est plus grande en Suede que dans beaucoup d'autres pays , a verifier ici  ... les sources sont inscrites sur les cartes :) 

quant au taux de pauvreté...  

oui oui j'ai vu des mendiants certes moins qu'en France mais j'en ai vu :)

et on commence aussi a avoir les petits n'enfants a macdo qui viennent te reclamer du fric ou de la bouffe .. pareil dans le métro :)

 

mais en gros, cela se passe de commentaires .. admirez plutot la carte

 

 quant au taux de criminalité.. admirez plutot

 ceci etant extrait de l'INSEE...bien entendu je ne vous parle meme pas du taux de viol qui est dans tous les cas atroces mais carrement haut pour un pays dit si civilsé..( et les immigrants sont le plus accusés de viol, bien entendu)...

un blog interessant avec un article sur le "crime rate" par mr fjordman ( bien entendu il donne ses sources).

pour ce que je me souviens de mes cours de droit, les crimes sont aussi differents.. par exemple vous avez plus de chances de vous faire voler ou cambrioler en France mais plus de chance de vous faire trucider en Suede..

il y a genre deux ou trois mois, a Vasteras une petite ville toute sympatique, plusieurs meres avec des enfants se sont faites tuées a plusieurs reprises ( oui les enfants avec).. 

genre un mois avant ça une jeune fille s'etait faite massacré par un autre jeune a mora un village en direction de la norvege..

quelques temps avant un jeune avait tué je ne sais combien de personnes dans le sud de la suede ..

 Alors s'il vous plait arretez de vous leurrer ...

le fait est que la Suéde est un pays sympatique au demeurant, enfin tout autant que la France ou l'Allemagne d'ailleurs :)  ça n'est pas plus calme ou autre, il ya bcp de paysages sympa mais autant qu'ailleurs :) ( comme les moustiques d'ailleurs)

quant au 1er ministre faut etre aveugle ou ne pas regarder la tv suedoise pour ne pas le voir dans les news .. Fredrik Reinfeldt qui est ma foi tout a fait sympatique meme si une gentille dadame le remplacera bientot surement :)

 

Ensuite, il faut aussi prendre en compte que la Suede n'aura jamais vraiment les meme problemes que la France pour plusieurs raisons :)  l'une etant, pour faire simple, la demographie :) 9 millions contre 64 millions :)

Quant a la dite neutralité suedoise, ça me fait bien rire :)  d'ailleurs ils n'aiment pas en parler :) beaucoup beaucoup de suedois ont collaboré dont sous entendu le gouvernement :)

oui la suede ce n'est pas la Norvége :)

 

j'ai aussi lu un truc genre ils seraient plus heureux :) mais leur taux de suicide est proche de l'angleterre pour ce que je m'en souviens :)
